CURRY GLAZED CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. curry powder
1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut into pieces

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place butter in 9 x 13 inch baking dish and heat in oven until melted. Stir in honey, mustard, curry and salt. Add chicken, turning to coat. Bake 20 minutes. Turn chicken over and continue baking until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
