SWEDISH RICE PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
5 tbsp. rice
3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Mix together 1 quart milk, 5 tablespoons rice and butter in double boiler and cook for 1 hour. Mix together beaten eggs, vanilla and sugar. Slowly add milk mixture into egg mixture and put into buttered dish.

Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Then stir and sprinkle with cinnamon. Continue baking 45 minutes longer or until knife when inserted comes out clean. Bake with dish in shallow pan of water.
