CHIP, CHEESE BALLS 
1/2 c. grated raw carrots
1/2 c. finely crushed potato chips
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
Chopped parsley

Mix carrots and potato chips with cream cheese. Shape into balls, about an inch in diameter. Roll in parsley. Chill before serving.
