MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger meat (ground round)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1 lg. or 2 sm. cans taco sauce
1 lg. pkg. Doritos
Onions and cheese

In large skillet brown hamburger meat and 1/2 of medium size onion. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and cumin to taste. Add both soups, enchilada sauce, chopped green chilies and taco sauce. Heat through thoroughly, stirring often.

In a large casserole dish, crumble up the Doritos in bite size pieces and add chopped onion if desired. Pour meat mixture over the Doritos, slightly stirring to mix good. Top with grated cheese (a mixture of Cheddar and Monterey Jack) and chopped onion.

Heat in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until heated through thoroughly.
