1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 2/3 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 c. ketchup
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 lg. clove garlic
1/2 tsp. A-1 sauce
3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of black pepper
1 tbsp. salt

Beat with wire whisk or egg beater. Makes 1 quart. This is an original recipe from the former Tropics restaurant in Honolulu, Hawaii.
