OATMEAL KISSES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
About 60 milk-chocolate candy kisses, foil removed

In large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat first 8 ingredients until well blended, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. With spoon, stir in oats. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease large cookie sheet. With hands, shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place as many balls as possible about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Gently flatten balls slightly. Bake cookies 15 minutes or until browned. Remove cookie sheet from oven and quickly press a candy into center of each cookie. Cool on wire racks.
