1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. cooking oil
1 c. minus 1 tbsp. water
Food coloring
Drop of perfume for scent

Mix dry ingredients, add water and oil, food coloring and perfume. Blend thoroughly. Cook over medium heat, stirring with a heavy wooden spoon. It gets very thick and hard to stir. Scrape pan and "ball" until play doh consistency. Remove and knead. Store in airtight container. Make only one batch at a time. Kids will love it!
