BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 c. rice, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/4 stick butter

Rinse broccoli in hot water to thaw. Set aside. Heat soup, butter, and Velveeta until melted to smooth consistency. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish.

Prepare 1 box Stove Top Stuffing according to package directions. Top broccoli mix with stuffing. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
