FINGER JELLO 
2 env. Knox gelatin, unflavored
2/3 c. cold water
2 sm. boxes sugar-free Jello
2 c. boiling water

Mix gelatin and cold water together; set aside. Mix Jello and boiling water together and stir 2 minutes. Mix both together about 15-20 strokes. Pour into a square 8 x 8 inch pan, preferably glass. Put in refrigerator until it sets.
