LEMON OR CHOCOLATE TORTE 
9 oz. container Cool Whip

LAYER 1:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts

Mix like a pie crust and pat into 9"x13" pan. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes and let cool.

LAYER 2:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Beat until creamy. Pour over baked crust.

LAYER 3:
2 pkgs. lemon or chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Beat. Pour over 2nd layer. Frost with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
