POPPY SEED DRESSING 
1/3 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. onion juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds

Place the following items into the blender, add vinegar, onion juice, sugar, mustard, and salt and begin blending on medium speed. Add oil slowly and blend until thick. Add poppy seeds. Store in refrigerator. Excellent served on fresh fruit salad and chopped cabbage. Yields: 1 3/4 cups.
