POKE AND POUR CAKE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury white cake mix
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water

Prepare cake mix according to package with the egg whites and 1 1/2 cup water. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake according to package directions. Cool 15 minutes. With tines of fork, poke holes to bottom of cake at 1/2 inch intervals. Gently pour gelatin evenly over cake. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Serve topped with whipped cream.
