MARION'S YANKEE CORN CHOWDER 
1 med. potato, cubed
1 sm. onion, minced
1 sm. carrot, grated
1 can cream-style corn
2 c. milk or Half and Half

Cook potato, onion and carrot in small amount of water. Add cream corn and milk. Use Half and Half if you like chowder thick. Heat and season to taste. Sprinkle with crisp bacon.
