1 c. and 1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together until crumbly, 1 cup and 1 tablespoon flour, 1/3 cup butter and 1/3 cup brown sugar. Reserve 1 cup of crumbs and press the rest into a greased 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

Mix 8 ounce package cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well and pour on baked crust and sprinkle reserved cup of crumbs on top. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
