BUTTERNUT SQUASH PIE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. butternut squash
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook squash and beat until smooth. Add melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla. Beat all together with mixer. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 300 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool. Top with Cool Whip or ice cream.
