2 c. sugar 1/2 c. boiling water 1 c. white syrup 1 tsp. anise oil Food coloring Cook 5 minutes with cover on. Remove cover. Continue cooking to hard ball stage. Add 1 teaspoon anise oil. Add food coloring. Pour into buttered cookie sheet. Cool. Break into pieces. | |
