IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
4 c. rhubarb, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
Dash nutmeg
4 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
8 tbsp. sugar

Combine rhubarb, sugar and flour and stir to blend. Add beaten eggs and nutmeg. Pour into greased 10" pie pan. Combine butter, flour and sugar and blend to form a topping. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes more.
