MUSHROOM SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
3 tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) can beef consomme
1 lb. fresh mushrooms

Melt butter, add salt and flour and cook slowly. Slowly add consomme and then mushrooms. Cook low temperature until mushrooms done. Serve over beef and as baked potato topping.
