WIENER SCHNITZEL 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. steak (Minute steak is best)
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. oil
Paprika, salt, and pepper to taste
2/3 c. sliced onion
3/4 c. chicken broth

Cut steak into serving size pieces; coat on both sides with flour. Heat oil in heavy skillet; add meat to oil. Brown quickly on both sides. Sprinkle both sides of meat with paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread onions over top. Add broth. Cover; simmer on low heat until done. Remove steaks to platter; pour gravy over steaks.
