BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli (cut flowers and tender stems in pieces)
1 sm. purple onion, chopped fine
12 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

DRESSING:

1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. white vinegar

Pour dressing over salad and let set for 2 hours before serving.
