POPPY SEED COLESLAW 
1/2 lb. diced bacon, cook crisp

Set aside.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients well. Taste for seasoning - may add a bit more sugar if desired. 3 med. carrots, grated 1 sm. onion, chopped fine 1 green pepper, chopped 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1 tsp. poppy seed

Add dressing to vegetable and mix well. Chill several hours. Sprinkle bacon over before serving.
