1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring (opt.)

Mix and stir over LOW heat until done. Mixture will become like mashed potatoes, then ball up. Store in closed, air tight container. Pliable and long lasting.
