BEEF CECIL 
2 c. cold leftover beef roast
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. gravy
1/2 sm. onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
2 c. finely smashed cereal (corn flakes or Wheaties or Rice Krispies)

Grind up meat and onion. Add bread crumbs, 1 egg, gravy and Worcestershire. Mix well and form into meatballs. Roll meatballs in beaten egg and then in cereal, coating well.

Deep fry in oil approximately 3 minutes. Serve with or without additional gravy. You can also use pork, chicken or turkey in place of beef.
