BISCUITS AND GRAVY 
1/2 lb. breakfast sausage
2 tbsp. chopped yellow onion
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. hot milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry sausage and onion in large fry pan until brown. Drain all but 2 tablespoons of the grease. Stir in flour, add hot milk. Stir constantly until thickened. Season and serve over warm biscuits.

TEA BISCUITS:

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Combine above until crumbly. Add, stir well.
