SALMON PATTIES 
1 egg
3 or 6 oz. salmon, chopped
1 tsp. Butter Buds
1 tsp. chopped onion (optional)
1 tsp. green pepper (optional)
1 tsp. lite mayonnaise
Pam cooking spray
4 whole wheat crackers (optional)

Beat egg well; add salmon, onion, pepper, crackers, and mayonnaise; mix well. Make into patties and cook in preheated skillet. Spray with Pam. Brown and serve.
