CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM PIE 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) jar caramel or butterscotch topping (1/2 jar recommended)
1 qt. ice cream (chocolate)

Combine first 3 ingredients. Cut in butter. Stir in nuts. Pat in pan, 13 x 9 inch. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. While warm, mix to make it crumble. When cool, spread half in bottom of a pie pan. Drizzle half of topping on top. Put softened ice cream in pie shell and pat. Drizzle rest of topping on top. Add rest of crumbs. Put in freezer until hard. Serves 6.
