HOLLANDAISE SAUCE 
2 egg yolks
2-3 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 c. mayonnaise
Salt to taste

Beat egg yolks until frothy. Blend in mayonnaise. Add Worcestershire, dry mustard, salt and white pepper. Heat over hot, not boiling water for a few minutes. Stir constantly.
