GRASSHOPPER PIE | |
2 c. cold milk 2 tbsp. green creme de menthe 2 tbsp. white creme de cacao 1 (5 5/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix 1 (1.25 oz.) env. whipped topping mix 1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate crumb crust Additional whipped topping (optional) Chocolate curls (optional) Combine first 5 ingredients and beat until blended at low speed of an electric mixer. Gradually increase beating speed to high, and beat 3 to 6 minutes or until soft peaks form. Spoon mixture into prepared crumb crust; freeze until firm. Remove pie from freezer let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls, if desired. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. |
