BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
16 (2 1/2 inch) sq. graham crackers, crumbled (blender)
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix well together, press into 8 x 8 inch square cake pan. vanilla pudding (Jello Nutrasweet)

Make according to directions, cook and cool. One can evaporated skim milk plus enough to make 2 cups. Chill before spreading on graham crackers. 2 c. well drained crushed pineapple (no sugar added kind)

Spread sliced bananas on top of pudding. Spread pineapple over bananas. Spread 1 cup Cool Whip over pineapple. Drizzle 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup over Cool Whip. Chill. Can substitute 3 cups sliced strawberries and 4 medium peaches for bananas and pineapple or 2 cups blueberries and peaches.
