ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
1 lg. chicken breast, cooked and cubed
2 tbsp. sesame seeds (or sunflower seeds)
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
1 pkg. Ramen chicken flavored uncooked noodles, crumbled

Toast seeds and almonds in oven until light brown (300 degrees for 10 minutes); cool.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 pkg. flavoring from noodles

Blend all dressing ingredients and shake thoroughly. Toss all ingredients together. Pour dressing over and chill before serving. Serves about 6.
