NIGHT BEFORE CASSEROLE 
2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 lb. American cheese, cut up
2 c. milk
Cut up pimento or green pepper (mostly for some color)
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 to 12 hours. Remove from refrigerator and bake in 350 degree oven for at least 1 hour. Serves 10.

I used chicken but recipe says either chicken, turkey or tuna will do. I put in a good tablespoon of chopped pimento.
