PASTA LA MER 
2 c. cooked whole wheat or vegetable shell macaroni
1 c. cooked wheat meat
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. frozen green peas (or fresh)
1/4 c. diced green bell or red bell pepper
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. low sodium Dijon mustard
Juice from 1 lemon
1 c. bean sprouts

Seitan wheat meat is available ready made at certain health food stores.

Toss all ingredients together in bowl. Chill before serving. Serves 4.
