CHILI-STUFFED FRANKFURTERS 
1 lb. large frankfurters (6-8)
1 beaten egg
1 c. canned chili beans, drained
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
(2 oz.) Corn chips

Cut frankfurters lengthwise, cutting to but not through opposite side. Place in a shallow baking dish. In a mixing bowl stir together egg, chili beans, chili sauce, green onion, and chili powder. Toss lightly with rice. Mound mixture into cut frankfurters. Cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 4-8 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cook, uncovered, on high for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Place corn chips around outer edge of baking dish. Makes 3-4 servings.
