CHOCOLATE CHIP DESSERT 
40 marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
3 c. whipped cream
2 sqs. chocolate, grated

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Melt 40 marshmallows in 1/2 cup milk in top of double boiler. Cool. Mix together with marshmallows, 3 cups whipped cream, 2 squares chocolate, grated. Make graham cracker crust of 2 cups cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 4 tablespoons butter, melted. Spread half crumbs in bottom of buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top of dessert.
