PET-RITZ FUDGE PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 c. hot water
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (5 oz.) can Pet evaporated milk
1 c. pecan halves
1 Pet-Ritz deep dish pie crust shell
LaCreme whipped topping, thawed

Preheat oven and baking sheet to 350 degrees. In the meantime, in a medium saucepan, melt butter; remove from heat. Add cocoa, hot water and stir until dissolved. With wire whisk, blend in sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and evaporated milk. Stir until batter is smooth.

Mix in pecans and pour into pie shell. Bake on preheated baking sheet 50 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Serve cooled pie with LaCreme. Makes 8 servings.
