BAKED ORANGE RUFFEY | |
4 lg. orange ruffey fillets 2 - 4 tbsp. olive oil 14 soda crackers, rolled 1 tsp. parsley 1 tsp. dill 2 tsp. paprika Salt and pepper to taste Rub fillets with olive oil. Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow pan. Roll fish fillets in the mixture to cover thoroughly. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate at least 1 hour before baking. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 to 425 degrees until flaky and brown on the outside. This dish serves 4 and it is low calorie and low in cholesterol. |
