STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 green peppers, cleaned (no seeds)
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Chopped cheddar cheese, sharp is best

Combine cooked rice, tomato sauce, chili powder, and salt together in mixing bowl. Crumble in ground beef and mix well. Now divide the mixture into second bowl. Spoon mixture into peppers.

Place peppers in baking dish; add remaining mixture to dish. Sprinkle sharp cheddar cheese on top of peppers and mixture as desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
