MEAT AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. milk
1 sm. can French fried onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. tater tots
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese
Dash of pepper
1/2 tbsp. minced dried onion

Brown meat. Season with salt, pepper and minced onions. Put in casserole layering it with potatoes and soup mixed with milk. Bake covered with foil at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add cheese and bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with French fried onions, and returned to oven uncovered to brown for 5 minutes.
