PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
6 pork chops
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1/4 c. boiling water
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. cold water
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tbsp. rosemary (if desired)
1/8 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt

Brown pork chops in heavy pan, remove. Add onion and cook until soft. Remove. Add rice and brown stirring constantly. When brown add boiling water and cook 5 minutes.

Combine all ingredients (except chops). Stir into rice. Put into baking dish, place chops on top, cover and bake 30 minutes 350 degrees. Remove chops and stir rice mixture. Add liquid if necessary. Replace chops, cover and bake 30 more minutes.
