1 c. flour
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and continually stir until mixture is thick and pulls away from sides of pan. Remove from heat and continue stirring until the mixture cools to touch. Keep in an airtight container.
