MOO GOO GAI PAN | |
1 breast of chicken 2 tbsp. cornstarch (roll diced chicken in bowl of cornstarch) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms 1 tbsp. sherry 1 tbsp. light soy 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tbsp. water 1 garlic clove 2-3 slices ginger 2 tbsp. oil Handful of pea pods Skin boneless chicken then dice. Combine starch, sherry, soy and put chicken in mixture. Heat oil. Stir fry garlic and ginger. Add chicken and stir fry until brown. Add vegetables. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add cornstarch and water until thickened. Serve over white rice. |
