PEACHY DELIGHT 
1ST LAYER CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. softened butter
1/4 c. chopped pecans

2ND LAYER FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) whipped topping
3 c. fresh peaches, sliced

3RD LAYER GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 (3 oz.) peach flavored gelatin

1st layer: Mix all ingredients for 1st layer and spread in 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

2nd layer: Cream cheese and sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Spread mixture over crust. Top with sliced peaches.

3rd layer: Combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water. Cook until thick. Stir in peach gelatin until thoroughly blended. Cool. Spoon glaze over peaches.

This recipe is good with fresh strawberries. Just substitute strawberries and strawberry gelatin.
