EASY LOW FAT CHICKEN 
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 to 4, depending on how many served)
6 to 8 carrots, peeled &sliced
1 med. onion
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Fresh green beans
Mushrooms
(Can substitute any fresh vegetables)

Lay chicken on microwave safe platter. Layer vegetables. Cover with Saran Wrap. Poke in several place with fork or knife for venting. Microwave on High 15 to 20 minutes, depending on portions; may take longer depending on your microwave. Can add salt and pepper to taste.

No fat; low calorie dish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
