FAT-FREE CHICKEN SOUP 
1 can tomatoes (or tomato juice, or Veg-All)
1 can French style green beans
1 onion, diced
1 sm. green pepper, diced
1 sm. can mushrooms, cut up
3 stalks celery
3 or 4 carrots, grated
2-3 c. cabbage, shredded
Add Mrs. Dash or other seasonings to taste

Cook chicken, then bone and skin. Strain chicken broth and refrigerate overnight. Skim off fat. Put on pot to boil. Add above vegetables. Cook until vegetables are done. Add a cup of tiny noodles and add diced chicken. Heat for 15 minutes or until chicken is warm. Serve hot. Delicious!
