NUT GOODIE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) butterscotch chips
1 (12 oz.) real chocolate chips
2 c. peanut butter
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. butter
1/4 pkg. vanilla pudding, not instant
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lb. powdered sugar

Melt chips, peanut butter, and chocolate and spread half of the mixture on a buttered jelly roll pan. Bring milk, butter, and pudding to a boil. Stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth, pour over chocolate layer. Chill. Add 1 pound salted peanuts (no skins). Stir into remaining chocolate mixture and spread over pudding layer. Chill. Soften before cutting.
