1 head lettuce, cut up in bite-size pieces
2 Red Delicious apples, cut up
3 tbsp. Hormel bacon bits

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
3-4 tbsp. concentrated orange juice

Toss lettuce and apple pieces; pour on dressing and toss again.

Mix dressing ingredients and pour over apples and lettuce. Toss gently. Add bacon bits and toss again. Serve. Great with pork chops, ham or pork roast. Quick and easy. Serves 6-8.
