CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM 
4 chicken breasts, deboned
1 (3 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1 c. sour cream
Paprika

Arrange chicken in baking dish (don't overlap) and cover with mushrooms (including liquid from mushrooms). Combine soup (undiluted), sherry and sour cream in bowl. Stir until blended. Pour over chicken, completely covering it. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
