1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs, well beaten
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 box confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg. Beat for 2 minutes; put in oblong cake pan. Combine cream cheese, 2 eggs, and sugar. Mix together well and pour over mix already in pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.
