LAYERED NO-FUSS LASAGNE | |
2/3 box lasagne noodles 1 c. water 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 (15 oz.) tub Ricotta or creamed cottage cheese 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 2 tsp. oregano 1 egg, beaten 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese Mix egg, ricotta, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella in bowl; mix sauce, water and oregano in another bowl. Put 1 cup sauce in bottom of 9"x13" pan; layer uncooked noodles, cheese and sauce, ending with layer of sauce. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake, covered, in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes; uncover. Bake 15 minutes more. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. |
