TUNA CRUNCH SALAD 
1 (7 1/2-9 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 c. peas
1 c. shredded carrots
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. chopped celery
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. chow mein noodles
Mayonnaise (to mix together)

Put all ingredients together and add chow mein noodles. Just before serving, mix together with mayonnaise. Good in the summertime.
